Church Talk

This past week for me was great. We got 30 new investigators and it is so cool to see how much the Lord truly has prepared this part of his fold. I am really having a hard time though - so many ups and downs emotionally. I love the Lord and I love this work but it is messing with my emotions so much every day.

I want so badly for you to send me some pictures in your letters and for more letters. I Looooove them so much.

Nothing is really new. Umm I spoke yesterday in church and of course the topic was missionary work. Sooooo I shared that one story I keep in my wallet annnnd I cried. I am such a baby.

So yesterday in church the brand spanking new bishop was announcing the sacrament hymn and he said we will now sing hymn 176 - "Tis Sweet to Sing the Mattress of Love" and everyone started dying laughing. It was so funny! hahhaa - Hope you think so too.

I am emailing from this library because the church is closed for cleaning so I can't send any pics this week, sorry.  Hope you are so excited for like 30 pics next week.

Hey - So this week has been pretty awesome!  We picked up 19 new investigators and we have just been going at it every day super hard. I am learning more and more kind of slowly, but still learning to trust in the Lords timing so much more. I love this church and all the many blessings it is continuing to bring and so yeah. Quote of the week....one of our investigators named Ann has a lot of health problems and she stutters pretty bad when she reads.  When we were reading the Book Of Mormon with her she said "what is this shake - spear?" The Zone

I love all of you so much I am dying not getting to see you. I am so glad I have you all in my life thanks for everything. I hope and pray daily that you all are doing great. This last week was super fun and sooo hard. Wednesday  I did nothing fun. I just taught some investigators. Thursday  I did the same thing. Friday  we got the investigator to commit to baptism and it was such a great feeling. Saturday  we cleaned and taught more people. Sunday  I sang in choir again, well, because I am in choir.  Donny Osmond was at our Sunday night devotional.   Also did you know he is Shane from Mulan?  It was so awesome. Monday  we had class and taught lessons. Finally today I went to the temple and sat around doing laundry.
